Sammamish River trail, en route to Marymoor Park.

We spot a blue heron on the far bank.

We arrive at Marymoor Park ("D" on map).
A "connector trail" was completed last year, at great cost, connecting Sammamish
River trail to a new gravel trail that runs along the east shore of Lake Sammamish.

Our usual picnic spot in Marymoor Park, with views of several soccer/ baseball fields.
